This week, Armin van Buuren
announced that, during the live shows of his upcoming A State of Trance
600 ‘The Expedition’ world tour, he will be video-chatting with his fans
via Google+ Hangouts.
By doing so, he is the first artists in the EDM scene to offer this
unique interaction. Via the hang-outs, fans can video chat with their
personal DJ hero, as well as artists such as Markus Schulz, Dash Berlin
and W&W. Not only is it the perfect way of engaging the audience to
the quickly growing social medium that is Google+, but also to enhance
their live listening experience at home. Next week,the A
State of Trance 600 world tour of the Dutch DJ will kick-off in the
Spanish capital of Madrid. This week, Armin came through on his promise
that the tour would be ‘bigger, better and more interactive’, announcing
Google+ Hangouts during all live shows of the tour. Next to the live
radio and video broadcasts, Armin van Buuren and other DJ’s on the
line-up will also be chatting with a selection of fans. The live shows
will gather millions of music lovers all across the globe. 8 of the 12
shows will be broadcast life and offer fans the possibility to video
chat via Google+ Hangouts. A State of Trance fans are invited to
